Cashew Aioli

AIOLI

PB, V, DF

 

1 cup (140 g) raw cashews, soaked in boiling water for 20 minutes

½ cup (125 ml.) almond milk

2 garlic cloves, to taste

4 tbsp (60 ml.) lemon juice

1 tsp (5 ml.) paprika

4 tbsp (60 ml.) nutritional yeast

2 tbsp (30 ml.) extra virgin olive oi

1 tsp (5 ml.) of sea salt

Blend ingredients in a high-powered blender until smooth and thick. Taste and adjust flavours.
